Hood Outlaws And Legends is a medieval stealth multiplayer game developed by Sumo Digital. The game has the feature of cross-play that means a player playing from the computer can be matched with players playing from on the console. But it hard to invite your friends to play with you if he is on a different platform than yours.

Players playing from Steam can link their Epic games account and invite each other to the party. Players playing on Xbox can invite players using the Xbox game application on PC to play the game. And lastly, PlayStation players can only invite their PlayStation friends to the party.
The game has just been launched and there might be more future updates that might fix the cross-play invite issue. But for now, you can try to search for a match at the same time to be at the same party.
If you are playing in the console and don’t want to match with players playing from pc or vice versa, you can turn it off by going into the settings, then gameplay and scroll down to the bottom to turn off crossplay.

To invite your friends you need to first add them to whichever platform you are playing. Make sure they are playing from the same platform. Then open the heist tab and look at the bottom right corner for the button to invite your friends. In the case of a keyboard, you can open the heist tab by pressing the tab button, then press “R” to open the invite menu.
There you can check the friend’s request you have received or invite your friends to your party. At the bottom of the page, you will find an option to link your other accounts to access more friends to play with.
