In Genshin Impact, wishes are made to unlock new characters and these are not available easily. Wishes are accumulated and purchased by in-game currency such as Intertwined Fates and Acquaint Fates for weapons, gear, and character. How To Farm And Get Wishes In Genshin Impact?
As mentioned there are two different types of Fates that are currently worth giving your attention. To farm Intertwined and Acquaint Fates, you will need to collect Primogems and these are obtained easily. To farm Primogems you will need to complete dungeons, Elemental quest in-game, opening chests or Commission, and Chapter quests via Journal.
The amount of Primogems awarded is RNG so it might be frustrating to collect 2-5 but these will accumulate steadily. Each Intertwined Fate and Acquaint Fate cost 160 Primogems. So, if you want to Wish 10x then 1600 Primogems need to collected. Make sure to invest and wait patiently to Wish at a time to increase your luck of obtaining better rewards.
Apart from Primogems, you will be able to collect Starglitter and Stardust. These can be exchanged in Paimon’s Bargain in the Shop in order to purchase Intertwined Fate and Acquaint Fate. Among these two Starglitter is much rare, so the amount obtained will be quite less. Once you purchase or exchange via Stardust, the countdown will be initiated in order to restock it.
So, Primogem or Starglitter and Stardust can be used to convert them into the specific Fates you want to wish for and collect the reward. The currency Genesis Crystal can also be used to convert it into Primogem and the same process of purchasing new Gear or Character.
