First, the map where you will unlock this monster vehicle will be at Drowned Lands of Taymyr, Russian Federation. In this map, there is two opening or Gateway in order to travel Quarry. If you scale the First Gateway to Quarry which is near the river referred to as map and other Gateway situated near the mountain area. You will need to travel towards the mountain part of the map which is opposite to the water bodies as shown in the image below.

It is located in the mountain area which is no doubt that you will require a Scout vehicle to reach that location safely which is very uneven and sloppy.
