Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey is a vast open-world survival game where you will take the role of your ancestor’s and start your journey towards being humankind. The journey will be full of challenges where you need to discover, explore, and guide your clan members towards a better future. The only currency you spend in-game is the “Neuronal Energy”.
Neuronal energy in this game is the main resource that is used to increase your knowledge, unlock new motor skills and increase your relation with your clan members. There are various ways to gain neuronal energy but the best way is to carry the babies and explore the wild.
Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey Neuronal Energy
Giving a piggyback ride to the babies and exploring various items in the wild by focusing, sensing or hearing will increase your neuronal energy. Sometimes while using tools a certain number of times also increases your neuronal energy. You can check your neuronal energy by laying in your bed and pressing Y to open up the evolution page. There the white sparkling light inside the circle is your neuronal energy and each time you open up a node, the energy is used.
While playing the game, you shouldn’t focus on your energy and just enjoy the wild exploring new species, food, and tools such as discovering snakes, boars, berries, honey, basalt, or granite rocks. Try performing all the actions such as focusing, hearing, and smelling to gain more neuronal energy and you learn new things.
Constructing or building in this game such as sleeping spot or barricade in this game will help you gain more neuronal energy. Tools such as stick, stem, sharp stick or chopping/ grinding items will also increase your neuronal energy. Giving your baby piggyback ride and playing the game will automatically increase your neuronal energy. It’s just the speed of this increment depends on the actions of your hominids.
