Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey Emerald Tool Location & It’s Use
In Ancestors The Humankind Odyssey, where you have a vast open area in the land of Africa, you will discover all the items our previous generations used to survive. The game will take you through the breathtaking journey as hominids where you have to guide your clan to survival and evolve into humankind.
In these vast open area, you will find many other different species who will try to harm you. But you will also find some rare and precious items which will help you evolve through ages faster. We have discovered two kinds of rare items in the game which are precious stones and meteorites. There is a total of 5 precious stones in the game and 8 meteorites that you need to discover to evolve faster. In this post, I will show you the location of one of these precious stone “Emerald” and its use.
Precious Stone Locations

You can find the first precious stone “Emerald” in your first clan settlement. Go near the waterfall and look to your left side to find some dead branches hanging. Climb up the dead branches to reach the top of the cliff to find the Emerald Stone. Take the reference of the image above, the Emerald stone is just under the leaf.
You can also get the meteorite by unlocking the Hidden Waterfall Oasis by looking up the sky in the direction of the waterfall. Once you look at the waterfall press Y to activate intelligence and focus on the yellow diamond box. These stones will help you to leap through the evolution ages and help your species evolve faster.
Note: We still don’t know how to use these precious tools in altering or crafting other items. Do not try to alter these tools as they will be destroyed. We have tried it a few time already and failed, so once we get to know exactly how to use these tools in crafting, we will share it with you.
Note: The Emerald tool can also be found in many other areas of the game.
