Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey – How To Craft And Find New Items
Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a third-person survival game developed by Panache Digital Games. The game is based is on the evolution of humankind starting from 10 million BC where you will start your journey as an ape and try to survive by constantly adapting to your environment. As you constantly evolve and learn new things, these are passed on to your descendants.
Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey – Crafting
To craft items, first of all, you need to discover different items and inspect them. To discover new items tap on Y to activate your intelligence and then focus on the yellow boxes to reveal the items. If you have never discovered that item, it will show you a question mark. You need to go near that item and inspect it.
Once you have discovered enough items, you can hold them in your hand and try to alter them to craft new items. Even after picking up the item, if you don’t get an option to alter it, try switching hand with LB. Sometimes to craft new items, you need two different types of items. There are various items that you need to discover but in this guide, I will show you how to craft some basic items that will help you at the beginning of the game
How To Craft Stick
To craft a stick, take any dead branch and hold LB to alter it. While altering the branch, you will hear a click sound and at that moment stop pressing LB. If your timing will be correct, then voila you have crafted a stick.
There is another way to craft the stick too. You need to take a branch in one hand and a rock on the other hand. Then try to alter the branch with the rock, if you don’t see an alter option try to switch hand. Altering the branch with rock will take some time, you need to hit the branch at least 4-5 times to get the stick.
Stick can also be used to lift heavy rocks. Go near any heavy rock and press A to lift the rock, similarly, if you don’t see a lift option, you need to switch hands. You can discover various new items under the rocks too.
How To Craft Sharp Stick
Crafting a sharp stick is too simple if you have acquired a stick by using the above method. You just need to alter the stick with the rock 4-5 times to make it sharper.
