Nintendo Switch Lite Will Be Smaller, Sleeker, And Higher Battery Life
Nintendo The Japanese electronic and video game has announced their new version of the Nintendo Switch called the Nintendo Switch Lite which is supposed to be a litter version of the original.
The Lite version will be sleek in design and comes with a 5.5-inch screen which supports a resolution of up to 720p. furthermore, it comes with a built-in controller which are not detachable which is kind of a bummer.
According to Nintendo, the Lite is 3.6” high, 8.2” long, .55” deep and just .61 lbs in weight which makes is smaller and lighter than the standard model.
But with smaller sleek version does have its own drawback like it has no docking facility, no detachable controller/joycon, no rumble function, and more.
But all is not bad with the Lite as the stripped down function gave it an enhanced performance which supports longer battery life than the standard model. the approximate battery life depends on the game you play but it estimated it will 3-7 hours.
Apart from all the above specs, it will have a headphone jack, MicroSD slot, a 32G internal Storage, Wi-Fi, NFC, with the classic D-Pad setup.
The Nintendo Switch Lite will be releasing on 9 September 2019 and will cost %199.99 which is the $100 less than the standard Switch.
On Launch the Lite version will be available in Lite Yellow, Lite Gray, Lite Turquoise, Lite Zacian, and Zamazenta Edition.
