The new DLC brings a new Effervescent rarity weapon known as the Toothpick Effervescent rainbow Assault Rifle. so below you will find a guide, on how to get it.
To get the Toothpick Effervescent rainbow Assault Rifle you will first need to progress through the game and meet Vaughn and then get the mission named “The Hunt is Vaughn”. if you do not get this mission, then keep progressing the game and completing both main and side missions.
In this mission you will need to join with Bandits and progress through it, eventually, you will encounter Sandworms whom you need to defeat.
There are two types you will need to fight the Queen Sand Worms and Common Sand Worms. the common one has a low chance of dropping Toothpick Effervescent Assault Rifle and the Queen has a high chance of dropping it.
So kill all the worms and you might get the drop. but if you do not get it then it is recommended that you restart the mission and kill the queen again until you get the drop.
If you do not want to play the mission, then you can go to the mission area and start killing the Sand Worms but the chance of getting the drop from the common worms is very low.
