How To Use Assignments
To Issue An Assignment you will need to click the Assignment box located right above the commandery name. the commandery name itself is present in the bottom left side of the screen.
Once you click it you will find a list of all the characters that are available and can be assigned to the commandery. furthermore, you will also be able to see the number of position which is available for the commandery position.
How To Choose Characters for the Commandery Position
If you hover over the available characters for the commandery. then you will be able to see the buffs the characters offer. some character offer only one buff and some character offer multiple buffs. to see the full list of buffs you will need to left click on the character.
Now depending on your need, you can assign a character with good buffs. for example, if you need money then you can assign a character which increases money, trade. if you need military power then you can assign a character which increases military power.
So its all up to you to decide how you want to run your empire.
