Forager – How To Craft Potions And The Recipe Of All Potions
Forager has finally been released on PC via Steam. it has been created by Publisher Humble Bundle and Developer HopFrog and places player in a pixel graphics survival adventure world.
In the game, you will need to explore the world, gather resources and craft different items. so in this guide you will find how to craft potions and how to the crafting recipes.
How To Craft Potions And The Recipe Of All Potions In Forager
Before you begin crafting the potions you will need to unlock some necessary skills. the alchemy skill, the Novice Potions kill and the Expert Potions skill.
Just note that you can skip Alchemy Skill as it required to make cauldron and it can be found in the wizard tower.
You can obtain these skills by leveling which can be done by getting experience by progressing through the game and battling enemies.
Get The Cauldron
After getting the Alchemy skill you will need to build the Cauldron and to craft it you will need the following materials
- 4 flowers – you can get from Grass Biome,
- 8 iron ingots – can be crafted with 2 iron ore and 1 coal.
- 20 bricks – can be crafted with 2 stone and 1 coal.
Crafting Recipe For Potions
Once you have crafted the cauldron you will be able to craft potions. there are three different skills which you will need Alchemy skill for Crafting Cauldron potion, Novice skill for making basic potions and Expert Skill for making advanced potions.
Bomb
- Requirement – Only Cauldron
- Recipe – 2x Jelly, 4x Iron Ingot, 2x Coal
- Used For – as an explosive
Healing Potion
- Requirement – Only Cauldron
- Recipe – 5x Bottled Torchbug, 10x Citrus, 10x Flower, 10x Wheat
- Used For – healing and giving energy
Liquid Luck
- Requirement – Novice Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Amethyst, 5x Bottled Beetle, 5x Bone, 5x Nightshade
- Used For – doubles the drop and increases the chance of getting rare items.
Mandragora
- Requirement – Novice Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Emerald, 5x Bottled Butterfly, 5x Cactus Fruit, 5x Lavender
- Used For – shoot poisonous attack
Wisdom Draught
- Requirement – Novice Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Amethyst, 5x Bottled Beetle, 5x Beet, 5x Paper
- Used For – Gives double XP and also gives full health and energy when you level up.
Thunderstrike
- Requirement – Novice Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Topaz, 5x Bottled Torchbug, 5x Crystal, and 5X Pumpkin
- Used For – shoots lightning in attacks.
Ana’s Delight
- Requirement – Expert Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Emerald, 5x Bottled Butterfly, 5x Flower, 5x Sugar
- Used For – increases spawn rate of animals
Bloodfury Cocktail
- Requirement – Expert Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Bomb, 1x Ruby, 5x Bottled Deathmoth, 5x Hot Pepper
- Used For – attacks deal double damage and killing gives explosions.
Dragon Philtre
- Requirement – Expert Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Ruby, 2x Steel, 5x Cinderbloom, 5x Bottled Deathmoth
- Used For – increase dodge by 50% and shoots fireballs
Greedy Mixture
- Requirement – Expert Potions Skill
- Recipe – 1x Topaz, 5x Bottled Torchbug, 5x Leather 5x Nightshade,
- Used For – increase coin value by 25% and also spawns when you destroy objects.
