To increase the Inventory Limit you will need to buy the survival skill named “Carry That Weight” which is a high tier skill for which you need to spend plenty of points. this skill will increase the number of items you can carry.

To increase the ammo quantity you will need to get the Ranged Combat Skill called “Up The Ante” which is also a high tier skill for which you will need to spend a good amount of points. this will increase the ammo capacity for all your weapons.
