Throughout your progression, in Krypt you will be able to unlock various different chests which have different loots in them.
Most of these chests have random loots but there is one type of chest which have a fixed loot in them and that is Heart Chests which can be unlocked by using Hearts and contain 6 unit items
How To Earn Hearts – To earn this hearts you simply need to perform Brutality or Fatality on your opponent. but you only get one of them per match which is quite low.
