This shield lets the player heal up even when the player is getting attacked and that too without taking additional damage.
How To Use Stim Pistol
To use Stim pistol you need to just tap the respective key. the default key for Stim Pistol is middle mouse button on PC, LB on Xbox One, and L1 on PS4.
How To Use Stim Pistol on Teammates
To use this item on a teammate just press and hold the respective key on your teammate. this will give them the shield which will let them heal with getting damaged from attacks.
