Devil May Cry 5 – Location Of All Purple Orbs/ The Devil’s Own Trophy
Devil May Cry 5 will be the latest addition to the DMC series and will be the fifth installment. it has been created by Publisher and Publisher and just like its predecessor would be a hack and slash game.
The new story takes place many years after the events from DMC 4. the demons invasion is brought by Urizen in Red Grave City who plans to become the king of the underworld. now it’s up to Nero, Dante, and V to stop him and protect the world.
Location Of All Purple Orbs/ The Devil’s Own Trophy In Devil May Cry 5
Throughout the progression of the game, you will be able to unlock many different achievements and trophies by getting kills, gathering collectibles, and more.
The Devil’s Own is one of the many achievements in the game which can be unlocked once you collect all the Purple Orbs and Fragments.
Below you will find the location of all the 5 full orbs and 8 orb fragments.

From the beginning of Mission 4, you will be able to purchase the Purple Orbs from the Customization shop. below you will be able to find the cost of all five of them in Devil May Cry 5.
- Orb 1 – 3500 Red Orbs
- Orb 2 – 6000 Red Orbs
- Orb 3 – 9000 Red Orbs
- Orb 4 – 18000 Red Orbs
- Orb 5 – 40000 Red Orbs
Purple Orb Fragment #1
In Misson 4, after the bridge with the train tracks falls. you will see the purple orb right in front of you.
Purple Orb Fragment #2
In Mission 5, after fighting the big praying mantis in the warehouse. go to the next hall area and you will find the Orb above the entrance of this hall.
Purple Orb Fragment #3
In Mission 9 From where you fight the first knight in the level. go to the left side and you will find some vines. you need to destroy the vines by summoning Nightmare just in front of it. doing this will reveal a catacomb area.
Now enter the catacombs and you will find the first wave of enemies. then you will enter a room with a big hole, so drop down the hole. now stand in the center of this room and look to the left for a large wooden door.
Now summon Nightmare just before the door to break it. this will reveal a new area which has enemies. so just defeat them and you will get the orb fragment.
Purple Orb Fragment #4
In Mission 10, progress until you reach the 2nd timed gate with teeth. from here keep following the main path until you see a white crystal. now on the right side of this crystal, you will find a cave. so just go into it and then defeat all the enemies and you will get the Orb as a reward.
Purple Orb Fragment #5
In Mission 11, progress through the story and you will eventually fight some burning drakes on a rooftop area. just defeat them and you will be able to see the orb right in your sight.
Purple Orb Fragment #6
In Mission 12, progress until you arrive in a room with a big statue and two barriers which are blocking the path. so first destroy the bottom floor barrier and follow the path until you find a Blood Sac.
The destroy it to make the blood flow to the statue. now just behind the blood sac, you will find will a room, in it, you will find the orb.
Purple Orb Fragment #7
In Mission 14, after obtaining the 3 shadow pets return to the normal world. now follow the path and leave the purple area. after that follow the path until it divides, now go to the right and destroy the blood clot and then return back to point where the path divided.
This time go left and then look for red orbs. once you see them start looking for a drop down the ledge on the right. once you find it go down on the platform and you will find the fragment.
Purple Orb Fragment #8
In Mission 16, after dropping down the 2nd hole in this mission. you will find a toad and drake enemies. defeat them and then drop down the hole below.
Here you will fight lizard enemies, after defeating them look below at the platforms which will take you to another hole. the orb is on one of the non-crumbling platforms so you will need to look for it carefully while going down.
