Warframe Nightwave will be the new reward system for the game which is replacing the old random alerts system which as the name suggests happened at random times. due to which many players missed it.
Now with this new system players will get more controls on how and when they decide to earn the in-game rewards.

The new system function similar to Battle pass where you earn points, tokens, and other in-game currency to buy the items or rewards that you like. but the good thing about Nightwave is that you do not need to spend any money. all you need to do is grind, level up and get the item.
How Does The Nightwave Work
It is basically a new more controlled alert rewards system hosted by pirate radio NPC Nora Night who knows everything about the origin System.
The Nightwave will come in series which will span over multiple weeks and each series will have new content, mods, cosmetics, progression, and rewards.
The series 1 of the new system is about the Wolf of Saturn Six who is the only person in the whole origin system to have ever escaped from Six Max Pen Prison.
Interestingly you will also find New Legendary Umbral Forma a new type of Forma which will allow you to change the polarity of any slot of your warframe or weapon.
How To Unlock Items/ Rewards in Nightwave
All the items in the Nightwave series 1 are locked behind reward tiers. to unlock these cosmetics, items, and the wolf cred currency by leveling up.
There are a total of 30 such tiers and to get all of them you need to reach all the tiers.
How To find the Task and Level Up for Warframe Nightwave
To do this just click on the Nightwave banner located on the lower right corner of your star map. here you will find all daily and weekly tasks which you can grind through.
Completing these missions will give you standing and for every 10,000 standing, you will be able to upgrade your Nightwave level.
How To Get Wolf Cred and what can you get With it
As mentioned above you will be able to get Wolf Cred currency by upgrading your Nightwave level and completing daily and weekly missions. this currency will let you buy any item from Cred Offering screen.
In Cred Offering system you will many different items like Nitain Extract, Catalysts, Reactors, Auro Mods, Blueprints, and weapon.
