Metro Exodus will be a new game in the Metro series and will be the third installment in the main series and is based on the novels by Dmitry Glukhovsky.
The story is based after the events of 2033 and Last Light and just like its predecessor would be first-person survival horror game in a Post-apocalyptic Russia facing the nuclear winter.
How To Dismantle And Clean Weapons In Metro Exodus
Throughout the game, you will be able to use many different weapons which can be customized with different attachments to make them powerful.
But to make sure that your weapons are fully functional you will need to have ammo and clean weapons which can be a bit tricky and confusing.
So below you will find a guide on how to dismantle the weapons to earn crafting materials and also how to clean your weapon to keep it functional.
How To Dismantle Weapons In Metro Exodus
To dismantle or Scrap you will need to get near the weapon and then press the specific prompt button listed on the screen. for PS4 Hold Circle, for Xbox One Hold B, and for PC Hold R.
Doing this will give you completely dismantle/scrap the weapon you choose and after few seconds you will get their materials.
On difficulties from Hardcore Ranger, you will not find any screen prompts. meaning you won’t be able to see the required button you need to press.
so to dismantle them in the Hardcore mode just go near, look at the weapon, and then press and hold the button respective to your platform or the settings which you have applied.
How To Clean Weapons In Metro Exodus
To clean the guns you will need to gain access to a workbench. most of the time the workbench are only found at safe houses or at Aurora.
To know their location just pop up the map and look for Green houses. there will find the Workbench.
Once you find a workbench just get near it and then access it. here you will need to select the gun tab. then you will see the brush icon which is the cleaning option.
You can find the cleanliness meter on the left side of the screen. to clean the weapon just press and hold Square on PS4, X on Xbox One, and R on PC.
Just hold the button until it is clean but remember that cleaning them will also require its own supplies.
