To get the Prize postcards from the Moogle Shop you will need to spend some money. most likely you will get your first Prize postcards by visiting and the Moogle Shop.
But if you want more of these postcards you will need to spend more money. just keep buying items from the shop and you will keep receiving Postcards every now and then.
What to do with the Postcards.
Once you have the postcards you will need to go to Twilight Town by using the fast travel option. then from the fast travel point at the Twilight town go left and you will find the post box/mailbox.
Get near it and interact with it to insert the postcard into the postbox.
For each postcard you mail into the box you will get some amount of Synthesis materials as a reward which are of different values.
