New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe is now available on Nintendo Switch with new features, character and improved gameplay. it has been created by Publisher and Developer Nintendo and brings the Mario Bros fun to Switch.
The new game brings playable character such as Toadette and Nabbit. new jumping mechanics, improved game modes, higher resolution and more.

As mentioned above you will be able to use various available characters to progress through different levels and complete the game and unlock many new secrets.
Just like the previous edition of the game in the deluxe edition too you will find many different hidden secrets, new items, characters and more.

List Of All Secret areas, Unlockable Characters, and items.
Unlock World 9 – Superstarworld
Once you have completed World 8. you will unlock a bonus world which has higher difficulty levels. furthermore, you will also get the Secret Island located between Acorn Plains and Sparkling Waters.
To unlock different individual levels in the Superstar world you will need to collect Star Coins present across New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe world.
The secret island also has the Records Toad House where you will be able to see how many coins you have collected.
Flagpole Bonuses And Fireworks
If you are able to jump on the flagpole to complete a level at a specific timer then you will get special rewards. the rewards are basically unique items and firework shows. you can learn about different rewards below.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 11 or 22 – Get the super mushroom and 1 or 2 fireworks.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 33 OR 44 – Get a Fire Flower and 3 or 4 fireworks.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 55 – Get an Ice Flower and 5 fireworks.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 66 – Get a Tiny Mushroom and 6 fireworks.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 77 – Get a Super Acorn and 7 fireworks.
Last Digit Of Timer is equal to 88 or 99 – Get a Star and 8 or 9 fireworks.
How To Earn Save File Stars
When you complete a certain specific task you earn stars on your save file. the lowest star you can earn is one and the highest is 5. when you get all five stars. you will be able to revisit the deactivated Toad Houses any number of times.
1 Star – Defeat Bowser The Final Boss.
2 Stars – Beat Every level (superstar road not needed)
3 Stars – Collect every star coin (superstar road not needed)
4 stars – collect every star in Superstar road levels 1-8 and unlock Superstar Road level 9.
5 Stars – Capture all 7 Nabbits and get all the coin present in Superstar Road Level 9.
Play As Nabbit
To play as him you will need to Hold ZL button while selecting a stage. doing this would replace Luigi with Nabbit for that particular stage or until you take a hit. you can use this method to play as Nabbit in both Super Mario Bros U and Super Luigi Bros U.
Get Super Mario Jump Physics In Super Luigi U mode
Once you have completed the final stage of Super Luigi U, certain “M” blocks will start appearing at the beginning of every Luigi Level. if you hit these blocks it will make Luigi play like Mario for the rest of the stage.
But this transformation only works for Luigi. if you try it with Nabbit or Toadette nothing will happen.
