Where To Find The Mission
To get Dawning Cheer Sparrow Mods you will need to go and talk to Amanda Holliday who is present in the tower and then you will need to complete the upgrades’ respective quest to unlock them.
For Happy Dawning you will need to complete it’s Titan and Warlock, for Dawning Dare you will need to complete Sniper and Scribe and for Transmat Preloader you will need Gunsmith and Navigator.

Sniper and Scribe – deliver Gentleman’s Shortbread to Devrim Kay, Radiolarian Pudding to Asher Mir and bake a total of 72 treats.
Gunsmith and Navigator – deliver Infinite forest cake to Failsafe, Telemetry Tapioca to Banshee-44, and bake a total of 120 treats.
