How To Catch Meltan
To get Meltan in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu And Eevee. you will need to first get the Mystery box. this item is not something you can get from grinding the game but instead, you just need to link your accounts and transfer pokemon.
So first link your Pokemon Go Account and Pokemon Let’s Go and then transfer any one Pokemon from Go to Let’s Go. if you do not know how to get connect the two accounts then you will find a guide about it listed below.
Once you have transferred the Pokemon you will be able to get the Mystery Box.
Now Before you open the Mystery box make sure you have a good amount of Pokeballs in your inventory. then open the Mystery Box and Meltans will come out of the box and spread around the area.
Your objective will be to catch as many Meltans as you can in just 30 minutes. don’t worry catching only one Meltan is enough to get it in the new game.
But remember that you would also want to evolve it. so make sure that you utilize the time and catch as many Meltan as you can.
What To Do If I Did Not Catch Any Meltan
If you were unable to catch any Meltan then all you need to do is transfer another Pokemon and you will get another Mystery Box. the only problem is that you will need to wait a week before you can open it and try to catch it again.
How To Evolve Meltan into Melmetal
First of all, you cannot evolve from Meltan to Melmetal in Pokemon Let’s Go itself and you will need to use Pokemon Go which is a very strange mechanics from the devs.
Anyways after you have captured a Meltan, you will need to get 400 Meltan candies to evolve it. you can also use Rare Candies instead of Meltan candies but it is still a very big requirement.
So How To Get The Candies
To get these candies you will need to open the mystery box and catch as many Meltan as you can. as mentioned above if you do not have a mystery box just transfer a Pokemon from Go to Let’s Go but you can only use one mystery box once a week.
After getting Meltan just send all of them to the professor, trade it with friends, or send them to Pokemon Let’s Go to earn Candy. once you have 400 candies you will be able to evolve Melmetal, finally just transfer it from Go to Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu And Eevee.
