If you do not want to look around for items containing Aluminum then you will need to go Tyler County Dirt Track Workshop it is located in the Forest Region.
You will need to set up defensive structures around the mine as it will be attacked by Mutated zombies. once the extractor is all up and running you will be getting 20-30 pieces of Aluminum per hour.
