Red Dead Redemption 2 will be the latest wild west genre game and will also be the third installment in the Red Dead series. but the story of the game will be the prequel to the 2010’s RDR1.

The new game follows the story of Arthur Morgan an outlaw and the member of the Dutch Ven Der Linde Gang. it is set in 1899 during the American Frontier when the wild west era is coming to an end and the division among the gang is rising.

Location Of All The Plants In Red Dead Redemption 2

Throughout the game, you will be able to collect many different types of weapons, ammo, and other collectibles which will unlock different achievements.

There are a total of 43 different plants present in the game. but if you are aiming to complete herbalist challenges then you need to collect only 20 different plants.

So below you will find the location of all the plants arranged in alphabetical order. just note that the guide is still a work in progress and also if you do not find a plant in the mentioned location then try return to the area after 1 or 2 days in game time.

Acuna’s Star Orchid – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you will need to head to Lagras and from here you head east. while moving east check the trees for the Orchid. you will find many of them.

Bay Bolete – can be found in the southern part of the map. you need need to head to Caliban’s Seat located just below Valentine. once there move south-west along the side of the Dakota River and you will eventually get one.

Blackberry – Just like Bay bolete you will find it south-west from Caliban seat slightly off the side of the river.

Burdock Root – follow the path listed for Bay Bolete listed above and you will it along the river.

Chanterelles – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you will need to head to Eris field present below the word “E” of Lemoyne. once you reach there, look for it on the side of ringneck creek water.

Cigar Orchids – can be found on the southeastern part of the map. you need to go to Bluewater Marsh. now you need to start searching for it on the east and northeastern part of Bluewater Marsh. look for it on trees.

Clamshell orchid – can be found on the southeastern corner of the map. you will need to go Caliga hill located south of Saint-Denis. once you reach there move east near the water and start going south. you will find the orchid on trees along the water.

Common Bullrush – follow the path listed for Bay bolete above and you will find it in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Creeping Thyme – follow the path listed for Bay bolete above but move slightly away from the riverside and you will find it on the open field.

Dragon’s Mouth Orchids – can be found in the northern part of the map. you need to go Grizzlies east. once there head towards O’Creagh’s Lake and search for it around the water. you can also go to moonstone pond and then west to find it.

Evergreen Huckleberry – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you need head towards letter “N” of word Lemoyne. on the southeastern part of the letter “N”, you will find the plant near the water.

Hummingbird Sage – can be found on the southern part of the map. you will need to head to letter “L” of word Lemoyne. once there move south-west and you will find it on the ground.

Indian Tobacco – follow the path listed for Bay bolete above and move along the river.

Lady Of The Night Orchid – can be found on the southeastern part of the map. you will need to head to Bayou. once there search for it on the western part. you will find many of these plants on the trees near the train track.

Lady of Slipper Orchid – can be found the western part of the map. you will need to head to Big Valley. once there look for the plant on the west and southwestern part of the big valley.

Milkweed – follow the path listed for Hummingbird Sage and you will find it in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Moccasin Flower Orchid – can be found on the eastern part of the map. you need to go to letter “R” of word Hanover. once you reach it you need to look for it just below the letter R and you will find plenty of them.

Night Scented Orchid – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you need to go to Braithwaite Manor and from there south towards Catfish Jackson you will find the plant on both west and east. you can also look for it in Bolder Glade.

Oleander Sage – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. then go to ringneck creek located below word “M” of Lemoyne. once there go to the southeastern part of the creek and you will find it on the upper side of the river.

Oregano – can be found in the southern part of the map. you need to go to Flatneck station, once there you will need to move west and you will find it in the open area.

Parasol Mushroom – follow the path listed for Oregano above and you will find it.

Queen’s Orchid – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you will need to go to Lagras and look for it below the word “LAG” of word Lagras. you can also find it in the northern part of Lagras.

Rat Tail Orchid – can be found in the southeastern part of the map. you will need to go to Bluewater Marsh. once there look for the plants on the trees. just below the word “Marsh”

Red Raspberry – can be found in the southern part of the map. you will need to go to Flatneck station and just on the northwestern part near the station you will find the plant.

Sparrow’s Egg Orchid – can be found in the northeastern part of the map. you will need to go to Annesburg. the whole Annesburg is filled with these plants mostly on the Roanoke Valley.

Spider’s Orchid – follow the path listed for Lady of the Night orchid and you will find it.

Wild Carrot – follow the path listed for Red Raspberry above and you will find it.

Wild Mint – follow the path listed for Bay Bolete above and you will find it.

Yarrow – can be found on the southeastern part of the map. you will need to go to Lagras. once there move towards the east and look for the plant on the ground.
