Every category contains many different weapons but only the bow section comes with a single type of bow fortunately apart from using normal arrows you will also be able to use Poison Arrows.
But before you use them you will need to get the recipe and also craft them by using different resources.

To get the recipe for the poison arrow you will need to go to Fence it is one of the unique vendor present in the game who has a wide of range of valuable items.
You can find Fence in the location slightly east from the center of the map. to get to him you will need to go to Emerald Ranch. once you get there just go south from it and you will arrive at shed like place and there you will find a guy named Fence who is bald.
Once you find him, interact with him and you will be able to see all the items he has to sell. in this particular list, you will also find the Poison Arrows pamphlet and it will cost $58.
Crafting Poison Arrows
Once you have the recipe for the poison arrows you will be able to craft the arrows. to craft it you will need An Arrow, a feather and Oleander plant.
You will get the arrow at any general or gunsmith shop, the feather can be obtained by hunting and skinning the birds and for the oleander plant. you will need to search through the nearby green lands.
Most of the times Oleander plants can be found in near the side of the river. so search the riverside before searching for it other green lands.
