How To Find Legendary Animals
To find these unique creatures you need to ride to a particular location and when you get near a legendary animal its icon will appear on the map. it always looks like an animal with a crown on the map.
Once you enter the legendary animal area you will get the following notification on the top left corner of the screen.
“You have entered Legendary Animal Territory. Hunt this Legendary Animal by finding and inspecting clues”.
This will indicate that the animal has spawned in the area. if for some reason this notification does not appear in the location present on the map.
Then you need to create a campsite here and complete any other task and return later. remember if you do not get the notification the animal will not spawn.
Once you get the notification you need to begin searching for clues in the surrounding areas. you need to press Left Stick + Right Stick to search for them.
If you get the required clue a trail for the animal will appear. now all you need to do is use Deadeye and mark it with R1/RB and then use your firepower to bring it down.
