Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 – Spectral Shield Parts In Blood Of The Dead
Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 has finally arrived on all major gaming platforms. it is a first-person shooter and will the fifth entry in the Cod black ops series and the 15th main installment in the whole Call Of Duty series.
The latest game doesn’t have a traditional single-player campaign mode but comes with many Solo Missions focused on the stories of different Specialists. apart from that, you will also find a battle royale game mode called Blackout which will support up to 100 players in Solo, Duos, or Quads mode.
Location Of All Spectral Shield Parts In Call Of Duty Black Ops 4
Throughout the game, you will be able to unlock and collect many new and old weapons, armor and other items.
The Shield is also making it come back in the latest edition and in this game, it is known as Spectral Shield which comes with many different features. so in this guide, you will learn how to get it easily and quickly.
Below you will find the location of all the shield parts and also explain how you can use it to its maximum efficiency. just note that all the location listed below are present in the Blood Of The Dead Map.
Shield Part Locations
The shield requires three different parts but the only problem with it is that the spawn location of all the parts is random. fortunately, all three parts spawn in very few locations so if you do not find them in one location you can just go to a different one.
Below you will find all the various spawn location for different parts of the shield which will allow you to get all of them easily.
Shield Part #1 – Flaming blue orb
- Times Square (inside the main prison) – can be found on a red fuse box on the wall.
- Library (inside the main prison, near original motd spawn) – can be found on a red fuse box on the wall.
- Michigan Avenue (near Warden’s Office) – can be found on a red fuse box on the wall.
Shield Part #2 – Plates
- China Alley – can be found up against the wall opposite to the Building 64.
- Citadel Tunnels – can be found halfway up the staircase by the wall.
- Citadel Tunnels – can be found downstairs, up against a wall just before the staircase door.
Shield Part – Warden’s Electric Key
The final part of the shield is the key which you can get by killing Brutus when you first encounter him after turning on Power at Building 64.
Completing The Spectral Shield
When you collect all the three shield parts you need to get to a workbench. these workbenches are scattered all around the game and you can find them easily through the map.
Once you get to a workbench, select the shield and press the interactive button to build it completely and then pick it up.
Just note that if your shield breaks or get damaged then you need to return to the same workbench where you crafted it. this will renew your whole shield again.
How To Use The Spectral Shield
Durable Protection – as a shield it is meant to protect you from many different attacks. the good thing about this shield is that it can protect you from both front and behind.
For example, if equipped in your hand it can protect you from frontal melee and long-range attacks. but if you unequip it and place it on your back. it will protect you from all attacks coming from behind.
Collecting Essence – when equipped in hand you can press the appropriate button to use the sidearm weapon and collect souls from the enemies. it can also fire a small electric charge which damages zombies and collects their souls.
Spirit Blast – once you shield has collected enough charges it can shoot a blast of electric energy which can be used to open closed areas.
