Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will be the twentieth game in the AC franchise and the eleventh major installment for the main series. it will the direct sequel to the AC Origins but the story takes place four hundred years before the events of Origins.

Recruiting New Crew For The Ship
There are two ways to recruit crew and lieutenant for your ship Adrestia which is fairly easy and quick to do.
Knocking Enemy Out – First locate an enemy, then unequip your weapons in the inventory so that you are bare fists. use your fists or legs to knock down the enemy, you can use your other non-lethal weapon skills like Sparta kick but make sure that hit is nonlethal otherwise they will die.
You can also reduce enemy health with weapons but make sure that they don’t die. when they are low on health just kick or punch them and the enemy will get knocked out.
Once the enemy is knocked out, go over to the enemy and press L3 / Left Stick to recruit them.
Quest Rewards – some crew and lieutenant can be recruited completing certain Story Quests, Side Quests, and Message Board Quests.
Once you have recruited your desired members, go back to the ship menu and select the Special Lieutenants you will need to pay them to hire. this will make them fight alongside you when you board the ship.
Location Of Legendary Lieutenant
These NPCs are pretty rare to find in the game and are some of the best crew you can recruit for yourself. they appear with a golden color icon. below you find some methods you can use to find the Legendary Lieutenant.
Mercenaries – throughout the game, you will be chased down by various mercenaries. so whenever you encounter a new mercenary scan them with the eagle to know their rarity. if they are legendary use the recruiting process on them.
Enemy Forts – whenever you find a fort, get near it and use your eagle to scan and tag all the enemies. this will reveal details of them and also show what rarity they have. you need to recruit the golden icon enemies.
Remember they are tough to bring down so use your weapons to reduce their health and then use Sparta Kick to knock them out. just be careful and do not kill them.
Ubisoft Club And Main Story – you will receive the Legendary Lieutenant Evie from the Ubisoft club for free and another one for completing the main story Sequence 9.
How To Increase The Ships Lieutenant Limit
From the beginning of the game, you would be able to have one active recruit but you can increase this limit by upgrading the Ship’s Hull. you will need various resources like olive wood, iron metal and more.

How To Get Crew Skins/ Cosmetic
You can change the appearance of your entire ship by using Skins and Cosmetics. you will get a free skin from the Ubisoft Club but the rest of them need to be discovered. most of these need to be searched by finding different Underwater Locations.
