Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has finally released on Xbox, PS4, and PC. it is an open world action-adventure game developed by Eidos Montreal in partnership with Crystal Dynamics and Published by Square Enix.

There have been multiple reports by players that they are experiencing FPS and audio problems making the game unplayable.

How To fix FPS and Stuttering Issues/Bugs
For PC – If you are playing the game on PC and are experiencing FPS drop and stuttering. then change the game priority to high. you can do it by opening your Task Manager, then look for the SOTTR.exe. you need to select it and then change its priority to High.
For Xbox and PS4 – Unfortunately, you there is no proper fix for FPS lag issue on console. some players have reported that lowering the setting fix the issues. but for some, it didn’t work.
You can try changing the settings like using Vsync, dynamic resolution and more. this might help but there is no guarantee. so you will have to wait until the devs release a fix for it.
How To Fix Audio Issues/Bugs
For PC – If you are experiencing audio on PC. then you can try doing some of the following.
- If you have installed the game on an external device. then install the game again in internal memory.
- Make sure that the Windows audio has selected the audio output device you are using for the game.
- If you are using Nvidia Overlay, try disabling it.
For PS4 and Xbox – there has not been many reports for audio problems on consoles. but if you are having one then check the settings properly and if this does not fix your problem then you will need to wait for the devs to fix it.
