Platinum Weapons – in Sniflheim after you have completed a story task and clear out all the ice. go to the inn and you will find the recipe in the room upstairs.

Scale Armor and Scale Shield – after you get the crafting pot, go into the Woodsman’s cabin, there you will find a chest and inside the chest, you will find this recipe.
