Developer Soleil Ltd. and Publisher BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment have released their latest title Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker. it is an action fighting game based on the popular anime series Naruto.
In the game, you will be able to use many different shinobi’s present in the Naruto universe. apart from that, you can play online solo or battle as a team of 4 to compete against other teams.

Many of you may have tried launching the game by setting the steam to offline mode but the game still won’t go offline.
This is quite frustrating for players who can’t play online or just want don’t want to play online. so below you will find a guide on how to take the game offline and enjoy the Naruto adventure in all its glory.
Before you jump into getting the game offline you need to remember a few things. you will have no access to the preorder bonus and you will have to create a new character for offline. but the rest of the game will work perfectly.
First, you need to go to the path where you have installed the game. if you have installed the game on the default path then it will be
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Naruto To Boruto\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv142\Win64
In this particular folder, you will need to look for a file named steam_api64.dll
- Once you have located it follow the steps listed below
- Create a new folder in that location and you can name it if you want
- Then move the steam_api64.dll file into the folder you just created
- Then disconnect the internet connection and set steam in offline mode
- Finally, Launch the game
When the game is starting it will give a prompt which says that the game is attempting to connect to the server or play in Offline mode. select the Offline mode option and you are all set to play in offline mode.
Remember in this mode you will not have access to any items or jutsu your online character has but you can play it in offline mode and earn all the rewards.
