Winning battles in this game depends a lot on what creatures you have and how powerful stats they have acquired. creatures will gain more power as you upgrade and level them up in the game but it can take a lot of time if you don’t know what you are doing.
As you progress through the game you will face stronger enemies which will defeat you easily if you don’t pay attention to your creatures. so in this guide, you will know basics of leveling up, skill up, summoning, glyph and more.
Level Up – To make your creature more powerful you will need more XP. these XPs can be earned by fighting and getting victories in battles. this method can be time taking and easily get quite tedious. if you want to speed up the process then you can use certain potions to level up.
To Use the potion on a creature just go to creature menu in the game then select any creature you want to level up. once the creature is selected click on the upgrade level and choose your desired quantity you want to spend.
Ranking Up – when one of your characters reaches it maximum capped level then it would be able to Rank up. to do this go to the creature menu and click on the upgrade button navigate to rank up and confirm it. ranking up a creature increases the capped level, stars, and stats.
Skill Up – Each creature in the game possess unique abilities. these abilities can be increased with the help of skill materials and magic book. magic books can be earned by completing daily missions and to earn skill materials you need to grind the elemental tower you can find it through Battle > Dragonmist islands > elemental towers. just remember that a specific creature will require specific material like water creatures need water materials and fire creatures need fire materials.
Evolving Creatures – evolving is another important mechanics which makes a creature more powerful. after an evolution, a creature gains a completely new look and increase abilities and stats. to evolve a creature you will need to obtain magic books which can be earned by completing daily missions but to earn evolving materials you need to grind Tower of Houses. you can find it through Battle > Dragonmist > Tower of Houses.
Summoning – by using summoning at the altar you can summon new creatures in Might and Magic: Elemental Guardians. currently, there are four ways to summon a creature.
- Soul stones – minor soul stones and minor fragments have a high chance of 1-star creatures, epic soul stones, and epic fragments increases the chance of 2-star creatures, Legendary and legendary fragments increases the chance of 3 and 4-star creatures.
- Special Soul stones – earning special soul stones is a bit difficult currently you can only get it by playing some events.
- Elemental Soul stones – to get this grind the arena mode and earn reputation and then spend them in shop section for elemental soul stones.
- Chest – soul stones can also be earned by opening chest but you will need a key for it
Glyph – apart from abilities and level upgrades you would also use Glyph which when equipped on a creature increases a particular stat. there are many different types of Glyph like common, uncommon, rare and legendary each having different buffs. you can check a list below to get more details about different Glyph.
- Defense – Increases Defense
- Destruction – Increases Critical
- Endurance – Increases Resistance
- Frenzy – Increases Critical
- Haste – Increases Speed
- Precision – Increases Accuracy
- Strength – Increases Attack damage
- Vitality – Increases Health
To earn Glyph you can just play the story mode or just go to battle > Dragonmist islands > Glyph Dungeon. to equip a Glyph to go to creature menu and select the empty slots to equip your desired Glyph.
