Publisher Activision and Developer Bungie have released a new DLC campaign for their game Destiny 2 Warmind and with it comes tons of new challenges, mission, bounties and of course the opportunity to unlock special weapons and items.
In the new DLC, players can now get new items which will help them unlock new chests and other unlockables. one of the new unlockables which came with the DLC is the Escalation Protocols Armor which is quite tedious to get. below you will find a guide on how to unlock the full armor.
Guide On How To Get Escalation Protocols Armor In Destiny 2 Warmind
Escalation Protocols Armor is one of the many armors which players can unlock in the game. but unlocking it is on a whole another level. you won’t get the whole armor at one go and to complete the set you will need to grind many hours of the game.
The Escalation Protocols can only be unlocked in the Warmind DLC and you will have to play the new event many times.
As the name suggests the armor can only be unlocked by participating in the Escalation Protocols, you will have to complete all the levels which are quite difficult to clear. to make things even more difficult you will also have to kill the final boss which appears in wave seven of the Protocols event.
Once you kill the giant boss you will receive a loot chest which when opened will give you a piece of the Armor.
The only problem now is that the final loot chest can be only opened by a Decrypted Cache Key which is also quite difficult and tedious to get by. you will need Rasputin Key Fragments and then convert it into an Encrypted Cache Key.
Then you will need to grind the Escalation Protocols to convert the Encrypted Cache Key to Decrypted Cache Key. yup a whole lot of grinding. you can follow the guide below to learn in details on how to get the Decrypted Cache Key.
You will only get a Decrypted Key once a week per character. you will also need four of these keys for four chests which will give you the Leg armor, Chest armor, Arm armor and the Helmet.
The only good thing about the grind is that you won’t receive a duplicate piece which honestly a great relief considering the requirement and time it takes to unlock the Full Armor.
