The second edition of the game takes place in Germany in the year 1940 you will once again play as Vinnie Cannoli in the year 1940. the evil part of the Thugtown massacre is rising again and has somehow dragged Vinne into it.

- Drop The Ball – Defeat the 2nd Boss (German Commander In Chief)
- Tanks A Lot – Defeat the 3rd Boss (Tank)
- The Last Don – Defeat the 4th Boss (Dark Don)
- Undead Hunter – Kill 100 Zombies
- Killing Spree – Kill 200 Zombies
- I Really Don’t Like Zombies – Kill 500 Zombies
- Wiseguy Wacker – Kill 150 mafia members
- Nazi Hunter – Kill 200 German members
- Chop Shop – Destroy 15 Vehicles
- Swinging Balls – Kill 5 Prisoner Zombies When The Fly

- When Blood Hits The Fan – Get 20 Kills by propelling air vents in the “Secret Base” Level.
