Developer and Publisher Subset Games have released their new latest game titled Into The Breach. it is a turn-based indie strategy game where players control powerful mechs from future to defeat aliens trying to invade the world.
Just like Faster Than Light this game can also get quite difficult and frustrating. so if you are stuck on a certain level or just want to breeze through the game then you can use the guide below to unlock squads and pilots through an in-game console.
Unlock Squads And Pilots Using Steam Console In Into The Breach
First, log into the game and open the console, the default button for opening the console is “~”. then type “help” it will bring out the list of several cheats which can be used to make the game more fun or if you are stuck at a certain level then you can it pass it easily.
Unlock Squads And Pilots By Editing Files
This method will require users to edit some in game files. so if you don’t know what you are doing and or are just not comfortable with technical aspects then please don’t use it.
But if you want to do it lets begin
- First Browse and locate: \Users\UserName\Documents\My Games\Into The Breach.
- Then open the folder labeled with your profile name.(steam profile name)
- Open profile.lua using Notepad ++.(if it does not open in notepad, edit its properties and change it to notepad)
- Copy And Paste the line below over line 9 and 11, respectively.

- Finally, start the game and you will have all the Squads and Pilots.
