Gamespot in an interview asked Machines Games creative director Jens Matthie was asked about the details of the game on Switch to which he replied.
“We just want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to play the game. So any platform that can run the game, we want to be on. And it seems intriguing to me to have it portable and all that stuff. But the experience itself, it doesn’t really matter what kind of platform you’re on, it’s still the same game.”
Further, he was asked what experience players can expect from the game on Switch? he replied
“I think a good reference point would be Doom. Because it’s the same engine. It will be whatever Doom is capable of, that is what Wolfenstein is capable of.”
Bethesda has been trying to port as many games as possible onto Nintendo Switch after the huge success of The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. currently with the New Colossus, Doom, and Skyrim the American game publisher will now have 3 games on the portable console.
