Developer Freejam Games and Publisher Microsoft will be soon adding another Xbox exclusive game titled RoboCraft Infinity. it is an enhanced version of Robocraft PC which allows players to build any type of robots it can fly around or cruise on land. you can customize it with your weapons of choice and use them to fight other players in online arenas.
With Xbox One X official release date coming close Microsoft is making sure that there should be enough game available which could use the power of the One X. GamingBolt talked to Phil Davidson the producer of the possibility of Native 4K and 60 FPS to which he replied that they are updating the core engine and game code to provide 4K experience.
“We aim to support both 4k and 60fps when we launch on Xbox One X. This obviously presents new challenges to the team as we’re updating the core game code that is now almost 5 years old but we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with just how good Robocraft Infinity will look running at 4k.”
He was further said that the game will be able to run on low-end machines like the dual core i3 processor.
The core game will run on a dual-core i3 so the more power have had to play with the faster we can make it run. We’re still able to support the low-end machines that will potentially run it on the Windows 10 version while the Xbox One X allows us to support 4K,”
The Robocraft PC version has been massively successful with over 10 million registered players. Infinity would provide the same gameplay but with enhanced features like massive combat balance, new progression system, new achievements system, full controller support, 4K graphics optimized for Xbox One X and more which will be revealed soon.
Currently, there is no official release date for the game but it is expected to come out in early 2018 for PC and Xbox One and Xbox One X. for more information you can visit the Official Website.
