Noita A Rougelite Game With Physically Simulated Magical World

Noita

Developer Nolla Games have announced a new game titled Noita which means Witch in French. the game is a roguelite and not a rogue like so you can expect much less punishing gameplay from it.

The developers of the game have good experience in making games some of their previous works are The Swapper, Crayon Physics Deluxe and Environmental Station Alpha all of which were pretty fun games. now once again they have come together and formed a new studio named Nolla Games to work on their first title under the new studio.

The game is based on magic and every pixel in the game is physically simulated which means every part of the environment around can be changed by magic and your actions will determine the reaction of the pixelated world in the game.

You can check out the trailer below to get an idea about the enemies, changeable world, graphics and more.

In Noita players can create your own magic the more you progress into the dungeon like worlds the more powerful magic you can craft with which you manipulate the world and destroy your foes.

The levels in the game are procedurally generated so every time you play the game you will find a different layout in the environment. every pixel of the environment can be changed like ice magic to harden the surface of lava to create a walkable platform, fire magic to burn down layers of snow and ice.

Destructive magic to break machinery in the game to crush your enemies or even create an anti matter type magic which absorbs everything around it.

As it is a roguelite Death will be permanent so be careful while progressing through dangerous platforms and even more dangerous enemies.

Noita does not have a fixed announced date yet but it will have an early access before its complete release on PC. for more information you can visit the Official Website.
