Xbox Gamescom 2017 Will Have Hands On With Xbox One X, 27 Playable Games And More

Microsoft has announced its plan for the upcoming Gamescom 2017 at Cologne, Germany. Lawrence “Larry” Hryb also known as Major Nelson from Microsoft said that the attendees of the event will be able to get hands-on experiences on the new Xbox One X which is scheduled to launch on 7 November 2017.

Furthermore, they will be able to try 27 games which include Age of Empire Definitive Edition, Forza Motorsport 7, and Sea of Thieves.

Although the event won’t be as big as E3 2017 it will still be conducted in a similar way. it will have exclusive developer interview, games announcement, live demos, fanfest and just like E3 the whole event will be streamed online on Mixer and other platforms like Twitch and Youtube.

Schedule Of Gamescom 2017

The Gamescom event won’t start until 22 August but Xbox will begin its event from 20 August. according to the announcement:-

On 20 August -from 9 AM CEST a live show with host Graeme Boyd from Xbox U.K and Maxi Graeff head of Xbox Germany will commence the event with developers talk, games news and play some of the upcoming games.

On 21 August – From 9 AM CEST Age of Empire, Definitive Edition will be revealed with gameplay, interview with the developers of the games and more exciting new about it.

On 22 August – Fan Fest will begin but nothing much has been revealed about it yet we will update the post if there is more information about it so stay tuned.

Attendees of the event can visit the Gamescom gaming booth from 22 August which is located in Hall 8 of the Koelnmesse, North entrance and will be open from 9 AM to 8 PM CEST.

The rest of the event of Gamescom 2017 will continue from 22 to 26 August and will be open from 9 AM to 8 PM CEST.
