Death Stranding Will Not Appear At E3, More Details Reveals On June 14
Hideo Kojima has given some bad news for gamers who are looking forward to get more details of Death Stranding. Kojima announced via his Twitter that their upcoming new IP won’t be making an appearance at E3 2017.
The reason for skipping one of the biggest gaming events is the game is still under development and the team is more focused on finishing the product. though the game won’t be appearing at E3 Hideo Kojima himself will be present at the event with Geoff Keighley on 14 June 2017. We can only hope that Kojima along with Keighley will reveal something interesting.
In addition of this tweet, he also revealed a new image with wordings “Bridges”. it is currently not known what does that mean but it is speculated that it is the name of the organization Guerrilla Tel Toro’s character works for.
Apologies to our fans, Death Stranding will not be @ E3 as we are fully focused on development. Pls see me with @geoffkeighley on 6/14! pic.twitter.com/w9JfmEOqF4

The only thing we have currently is a cinematic trailer which features famous people like Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, and Guillermo Del Toro.
Kojima has previously revealed that the game is under development with a modified version of Guerilla Games’ Decima Engine to suit the need of the game. the previous version of Decima Engine was used in Until Dawn and Horizon Zero Dawn which had amazing texture and lightings which resulted in great graphics. you can see the difference in the teaser trailer of the game.
