Far Cry 5 Announcement Trailer and Release Date are out

Fight The Religious Fanatics Or Perish In Far Cry 5

Developer and Publisher Ubisoft have released have released the official trailer for their upcoming third-person action adventure game Far Cry 5. the latest trailer reveals how the peaceful Hope County in Montana is invaded by a Religious Cult and slowly turned the place into a living hell.

Story

The story of the game is set in Hope County a fictional place situated in Montana, USA. the county is taken over by a religious cult known as Eden’s Gate lead by a self-proclaimed preacher Joseph seed who has named himself Father and thinks that he has been chosen by the God to protect the people from the inevitable Dooms Day and to achieve that he uses force and violence on the resident to make them follow him or die.

The players take the role of a sheriff who is sent by the government to arrest Joseph. at first, Seed was willing to get arrested peacefully but the situation turned bad when other officers with the sheriff are killed and he gets trapped between the conflict of Eden’s Gate and The Resistance formed by the resident. and the only way out now is to get help from the Resistance and eliminate the cult to restore freedom once again.

Seems like Religious Psychos seems to be the flavor of 2017 first outlast 2 and now Far Cry 5 it takes Christianity as the root which is getting quite boring. but in addition to taking a different approach to Far Cry Franchise, the gameplay also has changed a bit. now you can create your characters, make allies, tame animals and you can choose a variety of weapons and vehicle in the game.

Ubisoft also announced that it will be making an appearance in E3 2017 with even more details about the game. I hope they show the core gameplay mechanics which seems pretty different and interesting than the other Far Cry’s game.
