Styx: Shards of Darkness is the sequel to the 2014 Styx: Master of Shadows will be releasing soon and boy the CO-OP features looks amazing.

The Co-op features allow a second player to join the game at any point and even leave if he wants. Two of the Globins means a wider option to clear and reach the objective. A second partner in crime does make killing guards and disposing bodies easier But two of you also increase the chance to screw up a mission being a stealth game you would always risk of getting discovered by the guards.

One thing worth noticing about the Duo gameplay is that each Goblin has the ability to create a clone which you can control individually. so basically you can have four Goblin at a given time adding, even more, firepower to your arsenal and helping you deal with larger enemies.

The game is currently available on steam for pre-order and would be playable on PC, PS4, and Xbox
